ArtShare Photography Show 2019

Colorado has 20 state-certified Creative Districts. Colorado Mountain College and the Carbondale Creative District are curating a series of exhibitions that connect and promote artists from many of these districts. This ArtShare Photography show is the third partnership exhibition in 2019. Selected artworks for each show will hang in Morgridge Commons in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and may travel to other CMC locations in Colorado Creative District areas.

All submitted works must be available for sale and be ready to hang. The CMC gallery takes a 30% commission on any sales (15% to CMC, 15% to the Carbondale Creative District, with 70% to the artist). Artists must submit 2 entries for jury consideration. One or both may be chosen. Photographers must be associated with a Colorado Creative District. Works should be no larger than 36 inches in any direction (including frame). Works must be original and created within the last year, should be available for sale, framed and ready to hang with wire or D-ring. Send your 2 images (high resolution if possible) to brian@carbondalearts.com.
There is no application fee to enter this show.

March 22, 2019: Applications available

May 3, 2019: Submission deadline

May 13, 2019: Notification of accepted works

Monday, June 24, 2019 11am-5pm: Delivery of work to Morgridge Commons

July 12 from 6-8pm: Opening reception at Morgridge Commons

July 12 - August 25, 2019: Dates of exhibition

Monday, August 26, 2019: Art pick up (unless artist agrees to let works travel to other pending CMC shows in Colorado)
