Shade Tent Lottery

Carbondale Arts will raffle off 24 shade tent spaces for the 48th Annual Mountain Fair. Enter the lottery at carbondalearts.com between July 1 and July 15. Sign ups can only be done online and paid for with a credit card. We will be taking a $100 deposit to enter the drawing- which is the full cost of the tent space. Entrants who are NOT drawn a shade spot will receive a full refund 1 week after the fair. The drawing will take place at 3:00pm on Monday, July 15, and emails will be sent to winners on July 16 and 17. Winners will need to respond by phone within 24 hours if they do NOT wish to keep their space.  NO REFUNDS will be given if the shade tent space is not taken. It will be up to you to make any switches for spots you win at the fair. One name per household please and Mountain Fair staff cannot enter the drawing. Once a spot number is assigned, we will not change it. Again, it will be up to winners of shade spots to do any switching amongst themselves. Only the person who entered the drawing can pay for the shade spot. Tent set up will run from 5pm-8pm on Thursday July 25 and 8am-3pm Friday July 26. 10 x 10 pop up tents only- no sides as it interferes with other fair goers view. Winners should check in at the Information Booth upon arrival.
